Ceylon cinnamon which is also known as True cinnamon, is a spice taken from the ground inner bark of a tree native to Sri Lanka. Ceylon Cinnamon is famous all around the world for its sweet, mellow aroma and strong flavour as compared to other cinnamon from the same genus such as Cassia Cinnamon.
